2. Purpose of the Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all canyoning services offered by Canyon Addict. Any booking implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

3. Réservations

Bookings can be made via the website, by phone, or by email.
A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a 20% deposit of the total amount.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than the day of the activity.

4. price and payments

Prices are listed in euros and include guiding services, technical equipment (wetsuit, helmet, harness), and the instructor's professional liability insurance.
Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer, credit card
In the event of late payment, Canyon Addict reserves the right to cancel the booking.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Cancellation by client

More than 48 hours before the scheduled date: full refund.
Less than 48 hours before: the deposit is non-refundable.
Less than 48 hours before, with a medical certificate: full refund.

5.2 Cancellation by Canyon Addict

For safety reasons (such as bad weather, high water levels, etc.), Canyon Addict may cancel the outing.
In this case, an alternative date will be offered, or a full refund will be issued.

6. Supervision and Safety

All activities are supervised by a certified instructor.
Participants must follow the safety instructions given before and during the activity.
Canyon Addict reserves the right to exclude any participant whose behavior endangers the group.
In such cases, no refund will be issued.

7. Insurance and liability

Canyon Addict has professional liability insurance that covers risks related to the activity.
Each participant must have their own personal accident insurance.
Canyon Addict cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from improper use of equipment or negligence on the part of the participant.

8. Physical Requirements and Participant Obligations

The activity is open to anyone in good physical condition.
Being able to swim is mandatory.
Participants must inform the guide of any health issues that could affect their ability to take part (e.g. asthma, heart conditions, etc.).
The minimum age to participate is 5 years old.
Pregnant women are not allowed to participate.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
If no agreement is reached, the matter will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts where Canyon Addict’s registered office is located.

10. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to leisure activities scheduled for a specific date or period.

11. Personal Data Protection

Canyon Addict collects personal information solely for booking management purposes.
This data is never sold or shared with third parties.
In accordance with the GDPR, each client has the right to request access to, modification, or deletion of their personal data by contacting Canyon Addict.

12. Use of Photos and Videos

During the activities, photos and videos may be taken by the organizer or participants. Unless otherwise stated in writing before the activity, the client authorizes the organizer to use these images for communication, promotion, and marketing purposes (website, social media, posters, advertising materials, etc.), without time limitation and without financial compensation.

The client may request the removal of any image in which they appear at any time by contacting the organizer.
